Is this a web app or a desktop app?
Desktop app (Windows) with a mobile-accessible web interface. It runs on your machine - your data stays on your machine. Mobile access works on your local network or anywhere via Tailscale.
Do I need to be technical to set it up?
No. Install it, open it, start adding tasks. The AI coach, voice input, and all features work out of the box.
Where is my data stored?
Locally on your computer in a JSON file. No cloud database. No third-party servers holding your client info and revenue data. You own it.
Can I use it on Mac or Linux?
Currently Windows only. Mac and Linux builds are on the roadmap.
How does the AI coach work?
It reads your tasks, clients, revenue data, and category breakdowns. You chat with it like a real advisor. It remembers past conversations and builds a profile of your work patterns, strengths, and blind spots over time. It uses the Anthropic API (Claude).
Does it integrate with my calendar?
Yes. Tasks with dates sync to Google Calendar. Meetings get timed slots. Priority colors carry over. One-time setup in Settings - authorize your Google account and click Sync.

Is this related to ATJ Digital's other products?
ATJ Business Manager is a standalone app. It was built to solve our own problem - running a solo agency and not knowing which tasks drive revenue. It works for any service business, whether you use GHL or not.
What if I have a team of 2-3 people?
The current version is single-user. Multi-user with shared task boards is on the roadmap.
How is this free? What's the catch?
No catch. It's in beta. We're building it in public, getting feedback, and hardening the features. When it's ready, it'll be priced as a one-time purchase. Beta users get locked in.
