Posted caps - every plan lists the contact, email, and SMS limits included.
Transparent overages - if you exceed a cap, the per-unit cost is published in your agreement.
No forced upgrades - you only move to a higher tier when you choose to.
Easy exit - cancel any time after your first 30 days with 15 days' written notice. No termination fees.

Frequently asked questions

Will my bill spike?

No. Every plan is flat-rate with published caps. If your usage grows beyond the included limits, overage rates are listed in your agreement - and you can set an optional monthly cap so costs never exceed a number you choose.

Any setup fees?

Setup is included in your first month. Your Live Estimate breaks down exactly what's covered so there are no surprise line items on day one.

What about refunds?

If you cancel within the first 30 days, you receive a full refund of service fees. Pass-through platform costs (GHL subscription, SMS/email credits billed by third-party providers) are excluded because those are paid directly to the platform, not to us.
