What the DPA covers

Roles - You act as the Data Controller; Automate the Journey, Inc. acts as the Data Processor.
Processing scope & instructions - Defines the categories of personal data processed and the documented instructions we follow. Subprocessor list available on request.
Security measures - Technical and organizational safeguards including encryption, access controls, and incident response procedures.
Breach notification - Commitment to notify you of any personal data breach without undue delay.
International transfers - Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) annexed where data crosses borders, ensuring lawful transfer under GDPR.
Data subject requests - Assistance with access, rectification, erasure, and portability requests under GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent regulations.
