When a lead fills out a form, waiting even 15–20 minutes can cost you the conversation. A simple text sent within the first minute can completely change response rates.
"Hey {{contact.first_name}}, this is Tim. Just got your request and wanted to reach out right away — what's the main thing you're needing help with?"
